Villa Lugano is located on the west coast of Istria, in a lovely town. In Rovinj Archipelago there are 22 islands and islets. The city will delight you with its peculiarity and personality, especially the old town. Here you will find everything you need for complete relaxation. With ease you will experience the city as it is situated in a quiet area without much traffic, away from the old town only 800 m and from the sea 300 m.

We offer five apartments, two two-bed, two with three beds and one with four.

Each apartment has TV, satellite TV, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen, bathroom, coffee maker, air conditioning, safe, bedding, towels, Wi-Fi, parking space and own entrance, all of which is included in the price. The price also includes the final apartment cleaning.
